U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. Announces Purchase Option on Nevada Mining Operation Business Wire, Feb 4, 2004
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 4, 2004
U.S. Canadian Minerals Inc. (OTCBB: UCAD) announced today that the company has acquired an option to purchase a mining operation and associated property located in Rachel, Lincoln County, Nev. The Rachel property consists of 17,424,000 square feet of land and improvements, including 88,400 sq. ft. of one- and two-story structural steel framed buildings, a 3,000-kilowatt electric substation, a 100,000-gallon water storage, and two deep water wells, among countless other features and assets. The facilities were built in 1984.
The Rachel property site is located approximately 120 miles north of Las Vegas.
