U.S. Canadian Closes Acquisition of Yellow River Gold Mine, Management Team to Arrive in Ecuador Business Wire, April 20, 2004 LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 20, 2004 U.S. Canadian Minerals, Inc. (OTCBB:UCAD) announced today that the company has closed the acquisition of Yellow River Mining S.A. Yellow River Mining S.A. is 80 percent owned by Juina Mining Corporation, of which UCAD is the majority shareholder. Yellow River Mining S.A. operates the Yellow River Gold Mine in Ecuador. Rendal Williams, UCAD's CEO, will leave Las Vegas, Nevada, for Ecuador on April 27, 2004, with a management team to begin operations under the UCAD flag. Mr. Alejo Bermudez, vice president of Central and South American Operations, will accompany Mr. Williams. The team expects to return on May 1, 2004, with the Company's initial five (5) kilograms of gold from the mine.
