Rendal Williams
CEO and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Williams is an experienced senior management professional. He has over 18 years experience in marketing, sales, and executive management positions. Mr. Williams focuses on the day-to-day management of USCA and its development by working with his team to achieve anticipated goals. His management style promotes vigorous interaction among team members and facilitates problem solving.
Mr. Williams also evaluates the various business opportunities of the Company to determine the best course of action for the company. Such opportunities include evaluating new products, joint ventures, acquisitions, and other collaborations that move the company toward its goals.
In addition to strong senior management qualifications, Mr. Williams brings to the Company demonstrated experience in business planning and new products ideas in order to make the company a success.
John Woodward
President
Mr. Woodward has been a licensed attorney in the State of California since 1980. He holds degrees from the University of Southern California and Southwestern University School of Law.
Doron Joseph
Director of Finance
Doron Joseph joined the U.S. Canadian Minerals as Director of Finance in April 2004. Prior to joining U.S. Canadian Minerals, Mr. Joseph worked at the Investment Banking Division of Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi in Boston Massachusetts. Mr. Joseph holds a Master of Science in Finance degree and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. In addition, Mr. Joseph is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 3 candidate and a member of the Boston Securities Analysts Society. In addition to strong financial management and analysis experience, Mr. Joseph brings to the Company demonstrated experience in corporate finance, financial planning, regulatory reporting, capital markets knowledge, and a unique ability to execute sophisticated analysis relating to mergers and acquisition.
Richard A. Taulli
Chief Operating Officer
Richard Taulli is a senior operations and management professional with experience in both the private and public corporate domain. Mr. Taulli is a graduate of the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Science Honors in Mechanical Engineering.
Mr. Taulli served as a Board Member and Corporate Secretary of Juina Mining Corporation from 1999 to 2002.
Dr. Mark Hutchison
Director
Dr. Mark Hutchison, Ph.D., graduated from the University of Edinburgh with Bachelor of Science Honors in Geology in 1993. For the past ten years, Dr. Hutchison has been working on diamond research and has in-depth knowledge of diamonds from the Juina area, having completed his Ph.D. on the subject in 1997. Since this time, Dr. Hutchison has been working as a Research Associate for the University of Arizona's Lunar and Planetary Laboratory. As a research scientist, he has directed work on projects including the controls of impurities in natural and synthetic diamonds, diamond growth at high pressure and temperatures and the mechanisms influencing prospectivity of deep sourced diamonds. Dr. Hutchison has been an invited lecturer on deep mantle diamonds at several institutions and has served as a chair for the American Geophysical Union and has been made an Honorary Associate at the University of Sydney.
Dr. Hutchison will be in charge of forming and qualifying potential board appointees for positions on the mining advisory board. The purpose of the board is to gather mining and geological experts to guide the Company in its exploration, development and mining ventures.
Alejo Bermudez
V.P. Central and South American Operations, President, Juina Mining Corporation
Mr. Bermudez has a long history of experience in sales, marketing, management and inventory and logistics. He has a strong background overseas especially in Central and South America and has traveled extensively in such areas.
Mr. Bermudez is adept at working with banks, letters of credit and document negotiations. He has experience clearing goods with U.S. Customs and working with other U.S. and foreign government offices.
Mr. Bermudez is fluent in Spanish, English, conversational in French, Portuguese and Italian.
