ACEN Updates Patents While Moving One Step Closer to Becoming a Major Player in a $14.8 Billion Dollar Industry

The WIPO is a specialized agency of the United Nations that is dedicated to developing a balanced and accessible international intellectual property system, which rewards creativity, stimulates innovation and contributes to economic development while safeguarding the public interest.
Management of AC Energy feels that the PCT has great advantages for the Company and their focus to commercialize as well as the patent offices and the general public. Member Countries of The PCT include virtually all modern industrialized countries of the world. AC Energy has up to 18 months more than any procedure outside the PCT to reflect on the desirability of seeking protection in foreign countries, to appoint local patent agents in each foreign country and to prepare the necessary translations for each respective country.
