NEW DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of J-Pacific Gold Inc. (CDNX symbol: JPN) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. John H. Mesrobian of Williamsburg, Virginia as a Director. Mr. Mesrobian is the President of Constantinople Advisors and Emerging Markets Inc.; Virginia-based financial services companies that provide financial advice to international institutions, corporations and private investors. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Mr. Mesrobian has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Mr. Mesrobian’s participation will be valuable to the Company as he has a great depth of experience in the various facets of corporate finance and has extensive contacts within the mining industry and the financial news media.
Subject to regulatory approval, the Company also announces that it has granted incentive options to Mr. Mesrobian for the purchase of a total 150,000 common shares for a period of five years at a price of $0.20 per share.
