RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
The Board of Directors of J-Pacific Gold Inc. (the “Company”) announces the resignation of Mr. Greg Austin of Reno, Nevada as a Director of the Company, because of the increasing requirements on his time by Saga Exploration Co.
We sincerely thank Mr. Austin for his contributions since he joined the Board in 1987. His strong determination and warm sense of fellowship proved invaluable to the Company during the extended downturn in our industry.
Mr. Austin will continue to provide mining engineering services to the Company as a consultant.
