El Capitan Increases Claims to Over 10,000 Acres (bwire)
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (Business Wire) -- El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. (OTCBB:ECPN): The Company reports that additional acreage has been staked and claimed on property surrounding the El Capitan resource located in New Mexico. This increases the total claimed area from 5,000 acres to over 10,000 acres.
Chuck Mottley, the company's President and CEO, states: "The Company's consulting geologist, Dr. Clyde Smith, has previously stated that the boundaries to the North, East, South, West or in depth have not been found. Therefore, we believe it necessary to claim much of the property surrounding the original site in order to protect our interests.
"Dr. Smith will issue his final report soon which will include metallurgical data. At that time we will release pertinent information from the report and schedule an investor conference call."
