Airborne Survey Commences

Mr. Dale Hoffman, President of JNR Resources Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce the commencement of a deep penetrating airborne survey over its Black Lake and Cyprian/Perch/Newnham Properties in the Athabasca Basin of Saskatchewan. The airborne EM/magnetic survey, consisting of approximately 1,572 line kilometres, will be carried out by Geoterrex/Dighem. This survey will be used to confirm the electro-magnetic conductors on the Uranium Joint Venture properties and to gain a better understanding of the basement geology. Electro-magnetic conductors are associated with all of the world class uranium deposits found in the Athabasca Basin.
The airborne survey is being carried out under the JNR/Kennecott Uranium Joint Venture which JNR operates.
The Company has been advised by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission that it has been added to the list of foreign private issuers that claim an exemption under Rule 12g3-2(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This exemption, together with the Company’s recent inclusion in Standard & Poor’s Corporation Records Service, meets the requirements specified by the "Blue-Sky" laws of many states in the U.S..
