Explor Resources Inc.: $132,000 Private Placement Closes (ccnm)
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - March 24, 2006) - Explor Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EXS)
The Corporation wishes to announce an amendment to the non-brokered private placement announced October 21, 2005 and closed January 10, 2006 consisting of 480,000 flow-through units and 120,000 common units at $0.22 per unit for a total of $132,000. Each unit comprises one common share at $0.22 per share and one common share purchase warrant at $0.29 exercisable at anytime within 2 years. The funds will be used for exploration purposes and general working capital.
The number of places has changed from one to four. All securities issued will have a 4 month hold period expiring on May 11, 2006.
