Alta 1097770 Ltd. (“Alta”) has acquired an additional 528,000 shares in the capital stock of Shane Resources Ltd. (the “Offeree Issuer”). Alta 1097770 Ltd. currently has ownership and control over 4,091,500 common shares (representing 16.69%) in the capital stock of the Offeree Issuer.
