Hello ALL!
It's been awhile since I last post, but listen to this and you all may feel a little better.
"Wow, what a thing to return to. Pandemonium on PalTalk and Raging Bull and many disgruntled shareholders because of rumors that did not come true or because they did not receive shares from Urban. How small a thing to be upset about. Let me see if I can share my perspective on things to help you all understand real things about CMKX.
I want you all to know first of all that we had a relaxing time fishing in northern Canada with CMKX and UCAD and many others associated with the company. Someone of our acquaintance had asked why are we "preferred" over any other shareholder and not them. The answer is simple. We asked if we can go. No one else thought of asking the question. If they had it would have been them on this trip and not me or I disagreeociates. We paid for our own travel there and back and were able to participate in everything that CMKX was a part of. It was strictly recreational fishing and R&R for Urban, his staff and associates. The fishing was very relaxing and a lot of fun. I encourage everyone to book a "fly-in fishing camp" vacation in Canada when you all become millionaires. (LOL) You will not regret it, anyone can catch a fish in Canada.
I met D. Roger Glenn, the high-powered attorney from New York who counseled us on the responsibilities of being an insider since we crossed that line by being there. The reason is that we were within earshot of discussions that affect the future of the company. The ground rules we received were that anything that we convey to anyone outside whether we act on the information or not and they do violates insider rules, especially if that information is acted on within a 48 hour period. Realistically, although it still violates insider rules, it is only when bad info on a company is heard and acted on that the SEC gets really concerned.
Concerning the "Pay-it-forward" shares that Urban is giving away to needy people. These shares came from what was left of Urban's personal shares after giving up the 40 billion shares to UCAD so that he would not have to dilute our stock by authorizing an increase. The question of legality of this action was brought up to D. Roger Glenn who stated that Urban can give his personal shares to whom he wants and that it is perfectly legal. Of course anyone can call D. Roger Glenn and verify that. Whether he chooses to spoke to anyone personally is another matter.
Rumors of a cash dividend, which I myself have helped to perpetuate, have gotten out of control. I have every credible reason to believe that one is coming. The amount and time of issuance is not set in stone and no one knows. I stated that in my shareholder meeting that it was my opinion and that I had reason to believe but I also stated that I do not know for a fact if and when this would occur. I still hold this position. Be surprised when it happens but do not spend your nights laying awake waiting for it. Please.
I have talked previously about stock dividends and potential cash dividends. I want to point out that in order for a cash dividend to happen the company must have a surplus of cash after taking care of company needs. One thing a company should be doing with extra cash is buying back the float" to give the pps more "oomph" when buying occurs. Also, they should be investing back into the company operations or paying back loans if any debt was incurred by the company. I am not saying this is the posture of CMKX, but the logical things any company is expected to do before paying out cash dividends to shareholders.
Urban Casavant, has a heart of gold. He is totally dedicated to the well-being of his shareholders. I state this from first-hand experience and want to communicate that to all the shareholders. He allowed us to accompany him on this trip to Canada to learn our collective perspective on CMKM Diamonds and how we feel about certain things happening to the company. We have given him that perspective based on discussions with many of you. Our goal was to adequately represent the shareholder community and I assure everyone that we did it in a manner worthy of you all. Urban will not do anything to hurt the shareholder and internal business decisions are conducted with us in mind. Urban has already given everyone evidence of that by giving up his personal shares to the UCAD deal and to needy individuals. He is not greedy and would rather give it away than keep it to make himself look good. Some things are bigger than money and one of those things is "reputation" and another "character" both of which Urban displays with grand style. Any shareholder who has ever met him at a CMKXtreme race should remember the generous warm-hearted man who is always smiling and always ready to shake a hand or hug a shareholder.
Our future is very bright and the secret to knowing what CMKM Diamonds is currently doing can be found in Business 101 text books. It is rudimentary business and Urban and his staff have everything well in hand. the company is strong, sound and ready to "rock and roll". Keep watch as the company develops back to "fully reporting" and great things happen for us all.
