Creditors have priority over shareholders in a liquidation. ANY lawsuit against CMKM Diamonds, Inc. could directly affect us, as well as possibly affecting a distribution of the company assets (including but not limited to the Entourage shares), depending upon the action that the Plaintiffs in the case take. FYI and IMO
