One Million Millionaires, This is a documentary that will capture the life of a controversial individual, Mr. Urban Casavant and his dream of making 1 million millionaires. For some he is the hope of their life, for others he is a dreamer, however, thousands follow him and wait patiently. The film will cover his life from the time he was a low-income earning prison guard to multimillion-dollar businessman.
What a great statement and story this is huh.. How true it is to see with ones own eyes the number of shareholders from the CMKM Task Force website. Over 30 thousand to date.
On April 15, 2003, Casavant Mining Kimberlite International, Inc. ("CMKI") entered into an agreement with Urban Casavant, President of the Company, whereby Mr. Casavant agreed to place his shares of CMKI common stock in escrow for a period of three (3) years. During the period of time in which Mr. Casavant's shares are in escrow, Mr. Casavant has agreed not to sell, pledge, or otherwise dispose of any of the shares placed in escrow. However, Mr. Casavant does retain all other rights afforded to him by virtue of owning the shares, including voting rights and rights to dividends and other distributions.Mr. Casavant's shares are being held in escrow by the Law Offices of Thomas C. Cook, Ltd.

- PR Newswire
LAS VEGAS, Aug 19, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via Comtex/ -- Urban Casavant, President of Casavant Mining Kimberlite International (Pink Sheets: CMKM) is pleased to announce a forward stock split payable with a 100% dividend of one share of CMKM stock for every share of CMKM stock held under the following terms:
Shareholders of record who hold stock through close of market September 12, 2003 will receive one additional free trading share of CMKM stock for every share held. The payable date will be September 28, 2003. Example, if a shareholder has 1,000 shares of CMKM stock and holds shares through close of market on September 12, 2003 they will receive an additional 1,000 free trading shares of CMKM stock on September 28, 2003 (Payable Date) for a total of 2,000 shares.
This dividend is to reward the shareholders for their continued support for Casavant Mining. The company has made this dividend available because of escalated developments in the Fort a la Corne, including Kensington and DeBeers diamond fields.
So now he has at this point,.. 1,200,000,000 billion in lock up according to the dates here,..
LAS VEGAS, Aug 21, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Urban Casavant, President of Casavant Mining Kimberlite International (OTC Pink Sheets: CMKM) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors of Casavant Mining Kimberlite International (CMKM) have approved the spin-out of the corporate zinc deposits at George Lake, Saskatchewan, with the spin-out of its wholly owned subsidiary Casavant Mining International, Inc. (CMI). The target date for the spin-out will be before the end of September 2003, and will be announced shortly. CMKM shareholders of record at the time will receive one share in CMI for every share they hold and will continue to own in (CMKM). This spin-out will enable CMKM to concentrate on diamond exploration and development at Forte a la Corne, Saskatchewan.
He also then holds 1.2 billion CIM,.
So the rumors on a CMKM payout under the impression he is not the majority holder could be true if in fact he dumped all other shares,.. a payout on the ones coming due would still be nice for him and us,.. lets say 0.005 lets be reasonable right?
Will be 6 million dollars on top of what he already made on the deal,.. not bad,..
Or a payout at the rumored 1.47 = 1,764,000,000 billion dollars,.. Also nice,. Lol
So people who indicate Urban sold all because he was just dumping and had no invested interest in the company any longer are full of it IMHO,.. and this also indicates to me if the case was to make a million millionaires then this would be the best way to do it given the circumstances,..
Meaning to me at the time of Revocation Urban and company play along while the rest of the shares held by larger parties are dumped and then once this happens they give up and close out,..
Thus locking everyone where they are and when he pays out he pays out himself on a modest position and as many shareholders as indivuduals as possible..
True? Maybe who knows another great theory
