TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 22, 1997--Morgain Minerals Inc (VSE MGM.) We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. James Brady to act on behalf of the Company as a consultant to assist in matters of financial and property negotiations.
His remuneration will in the form of a stock option on 200,000 common shares of the corporation at a price of $1.70 per share expiring on July 21, 2002.
The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Roy Shatzko as an investor relations consultant, assisting the Vice-President of Investor Relations. Mr. Shatzko will be concentrating his efforts in the United States and Europe. His remuneration will be in the form of an option on 175,000 common shares of the corporation at an exercise price of $1.70 per share expiring on July 21, 2002. -0-
