North Star Appoints Director of Public Relations

BELLINGHAM, Wash., Sep 8, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- North Star Diamonds, Inc. (NQB Pink Sheets: NSDM). North Star Diamonds, Inc. is pleased to report that the Company has appointed Ms. Judith Taylor to the position of Director of Public Relations.
Ms. Taylor has extensive experience in various roles with corporate development in the diamond industry. Ms. Taylor will assume all responsibilities with North Star Diamonds as a corporate administrator and director of public relations. The assumption by Ms. Taylor of many of the present duties and responsibilities currently being carried out by North Star's President Mr. Stunder will allow Mr. Stunder to concentrate more on corporate development and a more direct involvement with the many facets of the ongoing exploration and development of the diamond prospects in Ukraine. Furthermore, Ms. Taylor will be also assisting Mr. Peter Mathews in corporate compliance and corporate administration of the company.
Ms. Taylor brings with her over 12 years of experience with public companies and will be a great asset in the growth of North Star Diamonds, Inc.
