North Star Diamonds, Inc. reaches an agreement to market North American diamonds

BELLINGHAM, WA, Jul 8, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- North Star Diamonds, Inc. (NQB Pink Sheets: NSDM), is pleased to announce it has reached an agreement with one of the major diamond cutters as its major supplier of diamonds to be marketed on the NSDM website.
Each diamond will have the stylized "N" (North Star) emblazed by laser on the girdle, identifying it as a North Star Diamond. A serial number or personal code will further identify the diamond for security purposes. All NSDM diamonds will come with an appraisal certificate from a major gemological laboratory, such as the Gemological Institute of America. This is the first major step taken by NSDM to enter the lucrative field of e-commerce of diamonds. The e-commerce website is presently being developed by one of the leading e-commerce designers and will soon be part of the NSDM website.
NSDM is also in the process of selecting a financial institution providing online, internet banking including credit card payments and providing the client with the most advanced credit card security system, making transactions the safest and most secure in the industry. Mr. Alec Peck expects all systems to be tested and operational in time for the busy jewelry season in September.
