DR. EDWARD A. SCHILLER APPOINTED TO TECHNICAL ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Neil Yingling, President/CEO, is pleased to announce that Dr. Edward A. Schiller has been appointed to the Company's Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). Splitting his time between Kelowna, B.C. and Calgary, Alberta, Dr. Schiller is a consulting geologist with over forty years experience world-wide in the mineral industry. A graduate of Michigan State University, Ed received his PhD at the University of Utah.
With a special interest in gemstones, Dr. Schiller has lived and worked in Canada, the United States, England, Australia, Brazil and Columbia while conducting mineral exploration programs in many other countries in Central and South America, Africa and southeast Asia. Ed also writes for several Canadian and international magazines on mining and mineral exploration subjects.
Dr. Schiller's expertise in diamonds and rare earths is especially welcomed by the Company. As a previous director and consultant to Dia Met Minerals Ltd., he supervised the drilling of the first diamond-bearing kimberlite at Pointe Lake, NWT, in 1991. Since then, he has been directly involved in several other Canadian diamond projects.
As a consultant, author and researcher, Dr. Schiller has visited and investigated rare earth deposits in California, Quebec, Western Australia, Brazil and the NWT.
The TAC is being developed to provide a solid base of expertise the Company can draw on for technical and strategic planning.
