United Carina to acquire 100% interest in South Bear

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation of a letter agreement dated Nov. 9, 2004, between the issuer and 101023310 Saskatchewan Ltd. (David Billard, the vendor) whereby the issuer has been granted the right to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in two claim blocks (known as the South Bear uranium property) located in Northern Saskatchewan.
Consideration payable to the vendor is $40,000 cash and 200,000 common shares of the issuer.
