Anglo Minerals Ltd. Announces Private Placement and Grant of Options (ccnm)
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 4, 2005) - Anglo Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ALM) is pleased to announce that it will, subject to regulatory approval, offer for sale by way of a non-brokered private placement up to 2,500,000 common shares at a price of $0.125 per share, for gross proceeds to Anglo of up to $312,500. The proceeds of the offering will be used for general working capital purposes. Insiders of Anglo may participate in the offering.
Anglo also granted options, effective January 31, 2004, to directors to acquire up to 650,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.13.
