Anglo Minerals Ltd. Announces Increase of Private Placement (ccnm)
CALGARY, ALBERTA--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 15, 2005) - Anglo Minerals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ALM) is pleased to report that its previously announced (February 4, 2005) non-brokered private placement of 2,500,000 common shares at $0.125 per share was oversubscribed. Accordingly, Anglo announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it is increasing the private placement to 3,500,000 common shares at a price of $0.125 per share for gross proceeds of up to $437,500. The offering will be used for general working capital purposes. Insiders of Anglo may participate in the offering.
