Robert A. McCallum, P. Eng.
Position: President & CEO
Mr. McCallum has a solid foundation in diamonds coupled with extensive professional management skills and a proven record in investor and joint venture relations in the mining industry. With over 45 years of international mining experience in diamonds, gold, uranium, industrial minerals and base metals and more than 20 years in corporate management as an officer and/or director of companies, the Board believes he is the right man to lead the Company forward to a development decision on the Fort à la Corne Joint Venture Diamond Project. Most recently, Mr. McCallum was President and COO of Philex Mining Corporation in Manila, Philippines, until the end of 1998. Since then, he has been engaged as a consultant and as a Director of Miramar Mining Corporation until June 2002. Mr. McCallum has a BSc. Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of the Withingyersrand and completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard School of Business in Boston, Massachusetts.

W. E. (Bill) Stanley, P. Eng., CMC
Position: Director
Mr. Stanley is a retired partner with Coopers & Lybrand Consulting (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and a former Director of the firm's Canadian and International mining practices. Over the past 35 years, his consulting career has incorporated both international mining assignments and a variety of projects for most of the major mining companies in Canada. Currently, he is an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia's Department of Mining and Mineral Process Engineering and he is on the Board of Directors of Miramar Mining Corporation. He is a former Director of Westmin Resources Limited, Gibraltar Mines Limited, Teck Corporation and Luscar Limited and a past President of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum (CIM). Mr. Stanley is a graduate of the Provincial Institute of Mining, Haileybury, Northern Ontario and holds a B.Sc. in Mine Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Mr. Pezzotti (retired) was General Manager and co-owner of a steel company in British Columbia. A Director since October 1998, Mr. Pezzotti has also been a director of Offshore Systems International Ltd. for the past 18 years and is a past director of First Quantum Minerals Ltd., both listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Mr. Pezzotti also serves as a director of First Majestic Resource Corp. which trades on the TSX Venture Exchange.

James R. Rothwell
Position: Director
Mr. Rothwell, a Director since June 2002, was President and CEO of Dia Met Minerals Ltd. between 2000 and 2001 where he successfully implemented the Board of Directors' decision to sell the company at a significant premium for its shareholders. Prior to that, he worked for BHP Minerals between 1986 and 2000 where he held the position of President of BHP Diamonds from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Rothwell led BHP's entry into the diamond industry via development of the EKATI Diamond Mine in the Northwest Territories, Canada's first producing diamond mine. Mr. Rothwell has over 25 years' experience in corporate strategic planning and business development in Canada, the United States, Australia and Brazil. He is a graduate of Stanford University where he completed the Marketing Management Program and received his MBA.

Brent C. Jellicoe, B.Sc., P.Geo
Position: Chief Geologist
Mr. Jellicoe has been directly involved with all aspects of diamond exploration and project management for the Fort à la Corne Project since 1995. In particular, he has worked towards optimization of drilling and sampling procedures directed at enhancing diamond recovery for the Joint Venture. He is active as a kimberlite specialist, technical representative for monitoring diamond recovery in De Beers's facilities and as Drilling Manager for the Fort à la Corne Joint Venture field activities.
William E. Zimmerman
Position: Technical Advisor
Mr. Zimmerman, who served as a Director between 2001 and 2004, has more than 30 years' experience in international mining with BHP and Utah International. He entered the diamond industry in 1994 and was instrumental in the development of the marketing program for the EKATI Diamond Mine. He later served as President of BHP Diamonds and retired from service with BHP in May 2001. He has a B.Sc. in Mineral Economics from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
Richard Wake-Walker and Charles Wyndham
Position: Technical Advisor
Mr. Wake-Walker and Mr. Wyndham are founders and principals of WWW International Diamond Consultants Ltd. (WWW) which provides consulting and valuation services to both diamond prospecting and producing companies as well as foreign governments at the highest level. Their official advisory services have included a number of mining and prospecting companies and the Canadian Federal government. WWW is the minority partner with Aboriginal Diamond Group (ADG) which together formed Diamonds International Canada (DICAN) Ltd. to win the tender in July 1998 to become the first Canadian Government diamond valuators.
G. Clive Newall. B.Sc. (Hons.), MBA
Position: Technical Advisor
Mr. Newall has worked in mining and exploration throughout his career, having held senior management positions with Amax Exploration Inc. and the Robertson Group plc. Mr. Newall has been a director of a number of public companies in the United Kingdom and Canada and was a former President of Kensington. He is currently President and Director of First Quantum Minerals Ltd., a mid-tier copper producer trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange's Alternative Investment Market.
Professor Peter H. Nixon, B.Sc, PhD, DSc, FIMM, former Oppenheimer Research Scholar
Position: Technical Advisor
Peter Nixon is Professor Emeritus at the School of Earth Sciences, University of Leeds, United Kingdom. He is a recognized world authority on the occurrence of diamonds and diamond exploration and the petrology and mineralogy of kimberlites and related rocks. He is the author of over 100 scientific papers and two books on kimberlites or related matters. In addition to his distinguished academic career, Professor Nixon has had considerable practical field experience with kimberlite and diamond exploration. He has been involved in diamond exploration in Australia, South Africa, Lesotho (where he discovered the Letseng La Terae diamond pipe) Botswana, Nigeria, Morocco, Namibia, Tanzania, Uganda, Mali, Brazil, Venezuela, Spain, Siberia, Solomon Islands and Canada. Professor Nixon has had close involvement in the early exploration of the Fort à la Corne Project and has co-authored several papers on the geology of this remarkable type of diamondiferous kimberlite in Saskatchewan.
