August 14, 2001 - Vancouver, BC. Golden Arch Resources Ltd. (the ‘Company’) is pleased to announce a private placement has been arranged consisting of 1,000,000 units @ $0.10 per unit for a total of $100,000 Cdn, subject to regulatory approval. Each unit will consist of one common share plus one non-transferable share purchase warrant. A finder’s fee will be paid in accordance with regulatory policies.
