These are pics of the house, outbuildings etc. Not too impressive to look at but this 11 acres lies between a 3 year old massive high school, bordered in the rear by a 165 acre new subdivision ~40% complete, and bordered on the west side by the Suffolk Youth Association(approx 50 acres on each side of the road per the Middle School caretaker)
approximately 400 feet or more road frontage but the plat would denote exact numbers.

This is the stadium for the HS and is along the entrance to the Kings Fork Farm Subdivision.

This is an aerial view of the property. The first pic shows the HS at middle left with light roof. The MS is lower left with burgandy roof. The patch of woods to right of the HS is the Eton Property. (outlined in green by timontoo) Exact boundaries are unknown to me without the plat. The cleared area in the front of the wooded section is where the house and outbuildings are that I photographed from the road. The wooded section is thick with game trails(old poacher from way back). The baseball diamonds to the right of the wooded lot are Suffolk Youth Center property as well as the cleared property in the lower right hand corner of the picture, about 50 acres apiece according to the goodoleboy caretaker for the MS. The thin wooded section to the left of the soccer fields in the lower right section cover a gravel road that leads to Issac Walton Property located behind the MS. The round medalion Kings Fork Farms is the Subdivision being built on 165 acres. The third picture is a closeup of the Eton Property.
