U.S. Canadian Minerals, Inc. (OTCBB:UCAD) announced today that the company has entered into its first joint venture with Nevada Minerals, Inc.
Rendal Williams, CEO of U.S. Canadian Minerals, Inc., stated today, "We are delighted to announce NevCan1, our first joint venture. We have signed a definitive agreement giving us 20 percent interest in the development of 500,000 acres of potential Kimberlite Mineral property in Canada.
