VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - June 7, 2006) - J-Pacific Gold Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:JPN - News; OTCBB:JPNJF - News) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to an employee of the Company for the purchase of a total 500,000 common shares for a period of ten years at a price of $0.40 per share.
The grant of the options is subject to regulatory approval.
