Year in Review... so far.
My opinions are in yellow.

The Filing we got and filings due to the public.
We received a Form 15/A a.k.a. a Form 15 amendment a.k.a. 15-12G/A It basically stated that in the past when the Form 15 used to get CMKM away from filing was incorrect. They used the original form 15 to deregister by saying CMKM had 300 shareholders or less per Rule 12g-4(a)(1)(i). This is the old Form 15.
According to Rule 12g-4 as crapface recently pointed out here, all previous reports that were required must be filed within 60 days of the revocation or withdrawal of the original Form 15. CMKM amended the Form 15 on 17 February 05 thus all missing reports must be filed by 17 April 05. They only have 60 days to do this. If you think that D. Roger Glenn didn't have these prepared or almost finished..you're nuts. There is no way the new lawyer team would file an amendment to the form 15 if they weren't ready to meet this requirement. According to the PR the new team of lawyers had only been with us for 11 days. There is no way that they are prepared to complete all those filings within that timeframe. They would be nuts to do so or try to do so. I am suggesting that Glenn gave them all the filings prepared and ready to go.
Other Filing Deadlines
Accelerated filer.
1. The term "accelerated filer" means an issuer after it first meets the following conditions as of the end of its fiscal year:
i. The aggregate market value of the voting and non-voting common equity held by non-affiliates of the issuer is $ 75 million or more;
ii. The issuer has been subject to the requirements of Section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Act for a period of at least twelve calendar months;
iii. The issuer has filed at least one annual report pursuant to Section 13(a) or 15(d) of the Act; and
iv. The issuer is not eligible to use Forms 10-KSB and 10-QSB for its annual and quarterly reports.
REFERENCE for above.
If we meet those requirements then the deadline for our 10-K is 75 calendar days from the end of the fiscal year, a.k.a. 16 March 05.
If we don't meet those requirements then we are normal and our filing deadline is 90 calendar days from the end of the fiscal year, a.k.a. 31 March 05
If they want to file the annual report late, they must file a Form NT 10-K.
If they file an NT 10-K they gain an additional 15 days from the original due date.

Carolyn Pipe Summary of Events
I'm tired of seeing threads about how CMKM lost the Carolyn Pipe.
CMKM did not lose the Carolyn Pipe. United Carina Resources (UCA) and Consolidated Pine Channel (KPG) lost the Carolyn Pipe. UCA and KPG jointly own D.W. Ventures which was the holders of the original claims that the Carolyn Pipe were on.
The current claim numbers for the 4 claims holding the Carolyn Pipe are S-137714, S-137715, S-137716, and S-137717 according to faxed court documents.
They are currently held by Seagrove Resources according to the Saskatchewan Mineral Resources database. According to the court records Spellicy of Seagrove Resources was a prick and decided to back out of a deal he had with United Carina to restake the claims for United Carina for the sum of 15,000 Canadian Dollars. He has a huge BS excuse.
Subsequently, Spellicy has apparently sold the claims to Aztec Mining which he will openly admit to on the phone. Doesn't really matter though as UCA has tied the claims up in court. The Saskatchewan Mineral database hasn't updated since February 10th. The court records are signed as of 20 December 04 and current as of 7 February 2005. No further action has taken place.
If Seagrove wins they get the claims and sell them to Aztec. If Rick Walker of United Carina wins, then the claims go back to UCA.
Oddly enough...the website designer for CMKM, CMKXtreme, and Aztec Mining is all the same company, Black Sheep Design Group. So through an odd relationship, Ed Dhonau's son, Jason Dhonau is maintaining all three's websites. Seems as if the claims are lost in court they will be claimed back into the CMKM family.
Other Mineral Claims
I have seen 1.4 million, 1.9 million, over 2 million, and recently in a CMKM race brochure, approximately 1 million acres of claims held by CMKM.
According to the data from the Sask Mineral Database Website
, CMKM currently holds 385,248 hectares under a holding company called 101047025 SASKATCHEWAN LTD, whose president is Emerson Koch. This has been confirmed by a phone call to the CMKM IR person, Andrew Hill. 385,248 hectares is equal to 951, 968.54 acres, which makes the brochure correct. CMKM holds a 60% option to 500,000 acres of another company's claims.
Which makes the statement that, "CMKM has rights to over 1.4 million acres of mineral claims" true and correct.
Bashing, Pumping, and Libel
There have recently been a slew of Bashing and Pumping claims thrown from poster to poster. This is BS. Call them negative or call them positive unless you understand the definition of bashing or pumping.
Read the law.
Only if the statement is untrue, they are a basher or a pumper.
"We are all going to be rich." Is not a pump. It is an unproven prediction. They can be legally responsible for this statement if you can prove that everyone who reads it will not be rich. lol
"CMKM has been dumping shares." Or "CMKM is a scam" Is an illegal bash if after the filing proves otherwise.
Be careful in your statements and always add, "In my opinion." If you wish to go to either extreme and protect yourself.
While Lee Webb of StockCrotch (sp) is extremely negative, he has done nothing illegal of which I have found. He is very cautious as to avoid libel statements, which lets me know that he doesn't believe his position too much. If he did believe in his position 100 percent...he would come out and flat out say what he wants to say. He wants to say CMKM is a scam and Urban has been lying to you. But he will not because he is scared of committing to his position. I believe he shows a real lack of character by doing this.
New President...old nominee?
Old Nominee PR..."David Bending, president of Juina Mining Corporation, is a nominee for president of CMKI, which will be among the matters to be considered at the AGM. Mr. Bending is a registered geologist with 25 years experience in mineral exploration and mining, world-wide. He has been very active in Brazil since 1996, fluent in Portuguese, and responsible for diamond development in Latin America."
New PR searching for president...Casavant and Maheu will together be looking into the company and setting forth exactly what CMKM Diamonds needs to do in order to be successful in its current endeavors. The two look to bring in a president to the company that has successful history in geology and mining of natural resources.
I am starting to think it is him. Especially due to his recent release from presidency at MineCore International Inc.a.k.a. Americana Gold and Diamond Holdings, Inc.

If it is the same guy...lol. Thanks to gr8hiker for bringing forward his link to MineCore. Even he didn't reference David Bending...he also noted the fact that they filed a bunch of reports in a flood similar to the way that CMKM might do.
