Hey guys and gals I see a lot of people and posters comparing totals of the O/S to the counter graph on the task forces website and I know it is a good gauge however it should be noted it is far from correct when trying to figure out what is left..
So I guess the question is how do we base these numbers,.. well here is what I think it should be calculated as and tell me if you agree,.
Cede only has 24 billion shares, then that means everything else is certed, just not faxed in. Didn't Bill say that Ameritrade had a 30 billion share cert? That leaves only 54 billion to go, and 36k potential shareholders as per the owners group update recived the other day.
So they would give an average of 1.5 million per shareholder on the 36,000 (roughly) shareholders left. Now I am no math genius but it is obvious the average so far is a lot higher as the task force counter indicates (17.2 million per shareholder),.. if it were to go down,.. Lets say to 10 million per shareholder adding in the additional 36K holders and thinking they are relatively smaller holders we still get 360 billion more shares. Added to the total we have before us,.. ummm ding ding ding we have a short,..
If we can even get ¼ th of these letter holders to pull it will prove the short without a shadow of doubt. And to me that is the money shot.
The thing people are getting caught up in is the total on the site shows 573,474,347,868 and they think we need to pull 130,044,527,132 more certs.. I understand why they think it but they need to understand there are only 24 billion shares left in cede. We can’t pull more then 24 billion shares from cede. After those are gone all 703,518,875,000 of the outstanding, then no more certs are available,.. so given the information from the Owners Group we can estimate the total shares actually certed at 679,518,875,000.
Like I said this is food for thought but the main thing people need to understand is the number of shares in the end short really do not matter as much as the fact they are short.
Everyone needs to pull their certs,.. Large or small positions. Look at it this way,. If they don’t pull certs they defiantly wont get anything from the task force,.. Maybe if they sue the firms afterwards but I doubt it. If they do pull their certs they will get a percentage in a new company Entourage Mining who IMHO is going some place great and they as well have a chance at whatever else may be left in the company as additional assets. To me the answer is easy,.. We all had dreams when we bought this stock,.. Why have the dreams faded now,.. They should continue to dream forward in the new saga and the new plan.
Things are not as hopeless as some would make you think.
