These numbers are not mine, i got a PM last nite, by one of our respected posters here, and he was doing DR.D's numbers, and some calulations.. this was based on by DR. Hutchinson, now you would have to go back to the traders nation interview, that was back in sept/oct, 2003, i don't know if its in our audio archive.he didn't want to post this, out of respect, but told me to go ahead if i wanted to post this, for you to see..
minerals, went and paid for the audio, some months back, so maybe its here.
in the intervuew, DR.H SAID...debeers/kensington was about a 5, or 6, ours were a 9 out of a 10, and he was asked, ' why not a 10?' his reply, noone ever saw a 10
ekatki was .5 to 1 carat per ton, he mentions FALC was btw 1.79 to 4.75 carats per ton..i still stand by mine, 5 to 10 carats per ton.
these numbers are based on, 1.79 carats per ton, and i do believe victor, 16 billion o/s with certs, 9 billion in certs, leaves 7 billion o/s... could be less. less than 5 billion.. or like i mentioned, 500 million to 1 billion.
soon, we will find out.. the filing should be out by march. 1.. now, if DR.D can play with these numbers, or you all..
just don't faint. and we could had been doing bulk sampling, since sept/oct......
one last thing, back in may, melvin told me the one pipe was a 2 mile pipe, and the swamp pipe was 5 miles..both circles.
I was piddling with some calculations based upon Dr. D's current calculations thread.
The formula for area of a circle is pi (3.14159) x radius squared.
For a 1/2 mile diameter pipe (our baseline):
3.14159 x .25 x .25 = .19635 sq. mi.
For a 2 mile diameter pipe (we have two of these):
3.14159 x 1 x 1 = 3.14159 sq. mi. (16 times as large)
For a 5 mile diameter pipe:
3.14159 x 2.5 x 2.5 = 19.635 sq. mi. (100 times as large)
If the 1/2 mile diameter pipe at .5 ct/ton has a value of $45 Billion, then:
2ea 2 mile diameter pipes = 2 x $45 Billion x 16 = $1.44 Trillion
5 mile diameter pipe = 100 x $45 Billion = $4.5 Trillion
Combined, these have a value of $5.94 Trillion at .5 ct/ton.
Our geologists have stated in the PR's that we have a valuation of 1.76 - 4.9 ct/ton. (See the 11/27/2002 PR)
1.76 is 3.52 x larger than the .5 baseline
4.9 is 9.8 x larger than the .5 baseline
Using the lower of our Geologists valuation, the combined totals for these three pipes is $20.9 Trillion.
At 800 Billion shares, this works out to $26.12/share
At 400 Billion shares, this works out to $52.25/share
At 80 Billion shares, this works out to $261.25/share
I conservatively estimate the O/S to be less than 40 Billion. At least with the above figures, you can get a feel for where we are when you see the O/S in the filing.
I do believe that bulk sampling of the single large oreo alone could speed us to a true valuation of more than $100/share if the O/S is under 80 Billion. This could be done within 6 months if we are drilling with more than one rig. Kind of puts a smile on your face, don't you know?
I'll run now. Have a great day.
