There's a new restricted dividend in my account? No announcements from any of the companies which I own stock in? It's DACOZZ on mytradz. Only a few shares, but I have no idea what/who they are?

 I cant find anything of relevance on it either. Just a couple googled screen names. Brokerages arent finding it either. Trav. PS. I tried the different exchanges, but nothen. I'm sure another member can be of more help than I was. Cant find it under any mutual funds either.......

I couldn't find it anywhere either? I went and viewed all announcements/press releases from the companies I own stock in and couldn't find a thing mentioning it? Maybe I'll find out someday? I hope it's not just another restiricted stock dividend that sits in my account forever, collecting cyber dust.  |

This is the only place while digging around I foudn a reference to DACOZZ so I thought I'd at least share the little I found.
This restricted stock is associated with the company Disability Access (DBYC.pk) and is a subsidiary of PTS, Inc. (PTSH). I own PTSH and believe that this is the orgin of the few restricted shares sitting in my account. Maybe those of you who also show DACOZZ are also owners of shares in PTSH?
