Here is an interesting thought,.. where is the money coming from at this point to continue on.... You have to think in terms of this,.. outside the box,.. outside of the rumors and hear say,,, outside of the so called "guru" and posters who think that they have it all figured out... Truth is as it was years ago, no one knows crap about this company and where it is going except for those in charge. The thing we do know is this,.. the company has started a new website and obtained a new internet connection,.. fax lines and office space. Regardless of what anyone can say about size or ability these things all cost money regardless of how much. That said one could suspect they have money,.. or are getting money somehow. CMKM was not properly looked after in the "books" department and yet people are still spending money. To me,. .being away for so long and hearing this now without reading any thing else posted,.. just the pr I feel like a renew hope has hit me in the stock,.. if nothing to close the chapter they are putting forth the effort to make it final. They are not just forgetting it and moving on without saying anything else to the public. That said I will be watching carefully again and would like to personally thank CMKM Diamonds CEO Kevin West for the effort and ability to bring this to a close. Thank you very much from a humble investor in Nova Scotia, Canada. Frank.

It doesn't sound like any mining is going on, at least not to our knowledge? So what is it that this company is all about now? If things are open for discussion by the CEO, then why not reveal whether or not they are truly a mining company?
Do they still have no assets? I would assume so, and that would indicate that there are no mining claims. That would also mean that they have no cash...correct? Sounds like all this may be about now is attempting to win lawsuits? Why have an office in Tyler unless it's all about legal affairs now? I doubt any mining company, particularly one that would have claims far away from Texas, would have an office there? I doubt it would take much to run this company as is?
Some believe in settlements, but for what and from whom? I tend to doubt this also, but it would be nice. I think it's just a pipe dream however? It also doesn't sound like any conglomerates are forming with CMKM either and no reverse merger? So what good is this stock certificate(s) that we hold?
Even if CMKM does win some lawsuits, that doesn't mean they will ever collect on them.

That could very well be,.. good observation,.. I have one person emailing me over my thoughts telling me this is an internet scam and they have contacted the FBI,.. so this is open to interpretation for sure.
Everyone has an opinion and none of them really count,.. this is where the company needs to inform us all like they claim they are going to.

Yes, but if you read the lawsuit filed by CMKM, it sounds as if those bank accounts (Nevada is the "Silver State", not the actual bank name as some had thought) were set up by Edwards and Desormeau (plus maybe the 1-50 John Does and the 1-50 Roe Corp whomevers) to launder the money being embezzeled. It doesn't sound like any elaborate scheme of protecting suppossed "settlement" funds to me? I seriously doubt any dividend is coming, at least in the near future, but maybe sometime down the road (probably only after a reverse split if CMKM stock does trade again?)? A dividend is usually declared by a company from profits generated by operations and CMKM seems to really have none at this time?
I don't think there are any mysterious "settlement" monies floating around, for where did they come from? Do you really think that if "the mob" or any other criminal organization is simply going to hand over any cash, simply by threats made by anyone, or any entity? I'm sure that they could have a league of high priced attornies who could find numerous ways to clear them?
I think Frizzell is filing suits to recover the damages (which is misuse of company funds) from the guilty parties, but I don't think it would be much more than what is stated in the lawsuit and collecting a judgement isn't always that easy.
I bought into this company for hopes of a legitimate mining company, but it doesn't look like that may ever evolve? I grow weary of people making "off the wall" statements, without really knowing the facts of the matter. The only facts that we really know at this point is of the legal actions filed by CMKM at the moment and that they possibly have obtained a new office. I think Mr. West may clear the air soon and I hope he does.
