Read an make your own decision!
11/25/2002 CMKX purchased the Mineral Claims.
CMKX originally purchased the Mineral Rights from “Fort a la Corne Diamond Fields, Inc.” (purchased from UC), these claims were recorded as an attachment to SEC Form DEF14C.
Please see pages 48-62 (Addendum 1)
sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1092299/000111776803000002/report.pdf

I have posted these claims on the RB Board
ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKX&read=717408
Results
Total Claim Parcels: 636
Total Hectares: 247,708
Converted into Acres: 612,100
As you will note from the above calculation, CMKX did not own 1.9 acres of mineral rights on 11/27/2002 – CMKX owned 612,100 acres of mineral rights on 11/27/2002, contrary to what was PR’d by the company.
But the 11/27/2002 PR stated that there are eight (8) companies and only six (6) companies were listed in the DEF14C.
We are missing two (2) companies that were part of the CMKX plan of mergers and acquisitions.
///////////////////////////
From the above two (2) links we can establish that CMKX purchased land claims that were held by these six (6) companies on 11/25/2002.
1. Buckshot Holdings Ltd.
2. Command Holdings Ltd.
3. 101010307 Saskatchewan Ltd.
4. 101012190 Saskatchewan Ltd.
5. 101027101 Saskatchewan Ltd.
6. Morgan Minerals Inc.
If you are interested in knowing who owned these six (6) companies, I have posted the Saskatchewan (Secretary of State) information on this link.

========================================================
According on the DEF14C
The following Companies (Land owner mineral rights) were merged into CMKX on 11/25/2002
1. Buckshot Holdings Ltd.
2. Command Holdings Ltd.
3. 101010307 Saskatchewan Ltd.
4. 101012190 Saskatchewan Ltd.
5. 101027101 Saskatchewan Ltd.
6. Morgan Minerals Inc.
Using the Saskatchewan Government website
www.ir.gov.sk.ca/adx/asp/adxGetMedia.asp?DocID=3572,3385,2936,Documents&MediaID=8439&Filename=SASK1126.xls
I have sorted the Saskatchewan Claim Owners information alphabetically.
The only claims that are currently held by our original six (6) companies are claims purchased by “101012190 Saskatchewan Ltd” during Oct-Nov 2003.
I have posted these claims on the RB Board
ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKX&read=717412
Results
Total Claim Parcels: 69

Going back to our original 6 companies from above:
1. Buckshot Holdings Ltd.
2. Command Holdings Ltd.
3. 101010307 Saskatchewan Ltd.
4. 101012190 Saskatchewan Ltd.
5. 101027101 Saskatchewan Ltd.
6. Morgan Minerals Inc.
Using the Saskatchewan Government website I can only trace 69 claims that are recorded as owned by the original six (6) companies.
Given that “101012190 Saskatchewan Ltd” purchased the 69 claims during Oct-Nov 2003, I feel that these claims are not part of the original CMKX merging agreement dated 11/25/2002 and these 69 claims are not owned by CMKX.
///////////////////////////
Upon discovery that the original six (6) companies no longer own any claims, I have traced and recorded the actual claim expiration dates from our merge on 11/25/2002.
If anyone wants to see the original six (6) companies claim expiration dates, I have posted the expiration dates on the RB Board.
ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CMKX&read=720933
If you want the original source document where I retrieved this information:
Please see pages 48-62 (Addendum 1)
sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1092299/000111776803000002/report.pdf
///////////////////////////
Based on the information obtained from the Saskatchewan links, I am forming the opinion that the original six (6) companies let all their mineral claims expire – thus CMKX lost all ownership on the original six (6) company mineral claims.
I know there are JV agreements – I am only focusing on why the original claims expired.
But according to the Saskatchewan Government, the original six (6) companies no longer holds any mineral claims from the original contract dated 11/25/2002. This is because the original six (6) companies have let the claims expire and these claims were picked up by other companies. Once the claims expired, our 11/25/2002 mineral contract became null and void.
========================================================
While doing DD as to why the claims were allowed to expire, I found this interesting.
Press release dated 03/05/2003
“Casavant Mining Kimberlite International, Las Vegas (OTCBB: CMKM), has reached an agreement to the terms of an acquisition for the Snowden Kimberlite Pipe with Anglo Minerals Ltd. Claim S-133707 …”
However, the Saskatchewan Government records the owner of this claim as:
S-133707 --- RIO GRANDE MINES INC. 100% --- 6/1/1998
In addition “Rio Grande Mines” also owns these claims:
S-102151 --- RIO GRANDE MINES INC. 100% --- 5/18/1993
S-102152 --- RIO GRANDE MINES INC. 100% --- 5/18/1993
S-102153 --- RIO GRANDE MINES INC. 100% --- 5/18/1993
S-102154 --- RIO GRANDE MINES INC. 100% --- 5/18/1993
S-107248 --- RIO GRANDE MINES INC. 100% --- 3/3/2004
The Saskatchewan Government is saying that this claim (S-133707) has been owned by “Rio Grande Mines, Inc.” since 1998:
///////////////////////////
I don’t know if this is one of the missing companies, but:
Does CMKX also own “Rio Grande Mines, Inc.” and/or claim S-133707?
IMO – No!
========================================================
Now that I had confirmed by telephone that our original six (6) companies no longer own any of the original land claims, I wanted to know where these claims went and “whom” staked these claims.
Here is a list previously posted about the claim expiration dates. From this list I am able to determine that the fist batch of claims started to expire on 03/02/2003.

I wanted to know what company was staking claims on or around the same dates that the original six (6) companies claims were expiring.
Using the Saskatchewan claims list, I sorted the information by date. There were three companies (of interest) that were staking claims on or around the time that our original claims were expiring.
1. 101047025 SASKATCHEWAN LTD.
2. 101050803 SASKATCHEWAN LTD.
3. NEVADA MINERALS INC.
There are other companies, but I only wanted to focus on the three (3) companies above.
Here is a list of all companies that staked claims after 03/01/2003

This area really disturbs me – “75 Billion Shares!”
CMKX purchased the original six (6) company mineral claims for $2 million dollars plus 4 billion shares of CMKX back on 11/25/2002.
CMKX owned 100% of the original six (6) company mineral claims.
The claims were allowed to expire and were picked up by other companies.
