I did just go out and read an excerpt from the book on the Community Board (concerning Bob Maheu). It was what I expected. I have been getting a laugh out of those that think he's still involved. I guess they think he has to lie to "cover up" what is actually going on, since it's so secretive. Yes, to some CMKM is more secretive than anything at White Sands, Los Alamos or Sandia. Speaking of Sandia, since some believe they must have bought tons of this stock, then it must be secretive...right? I can't believe what some want or wish to believe about this thing?
When some say they have 300+ million shares, my question to them is...WHAT WERE YOU THINKING? Even at .0001 that would be more than $30,000. Why invest that much without any financial information, assay reports, etc.? I made a reference to the old adage that "A fool and their money are soon parted" and smart ass people asked me when I parted with my money. I only invested $800 dollars (which isn't much for me) into the investment and it was just after the first CIM/CMI dividend. At that time I saw some possibilities, but I wouldn't dare invest more than that without knowing more, or seeing something from the company (both of which never happened).
I still can't believe how hog wild some went when trying to buy up as much of this stock as they could? I consider that being very amateurish as a stock investor, particularly in penny/sub-penny stocks. I have seen over many years how gullible some people are and not so ethical people take advantage of that. This seems a classical case of that.
It's just not worth wasting more words on this thing.

I tend to agree however with what you say in the second posting,..
*sigh* and the worst part is,.. regardless of how many times something is proven some people will still say they disagree and they see it another way,.. such as Mahue,..
Its kinda sad really.

I think that some people just can't accept that they've possibly lost their investment? Some of it may be pride, not wanting to accept that they were taken in by the hoopla? Other's I think may still be hanging on to a fantasy?

I have seen over many years how gullible some people are and not so ethical people take advantage of that. This seems a classical case of that. Yeah, I know a few people that put there life saving into it thinking that it was a sure thing. I honestly thought the same thing, but I knew next to nothing about how the Penny world worked or what rules they had to live by. I invested just a couple pay checks, still hoping for the millions in returns. LOL, live and learn. Unfortunately for some, its not easy for them to cope with the fact that they have lost so much, and many investors have turned very bitter to wards those that were there friends. I can only hope that some day, everyone will remember that we are all in this together, we are all still family (Although a disgruntled family at times) on these boards. And we all want some type of return on this investment. Whether jail time for those involved, or some type of small return of our money. Something. Time will tell. Trav.
