Global Developments Inc. Announcement to Shareholders
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Nov. 29, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Global Developments, Inc. (Pink Sheets:GDVM) today makes the following announcement.

As previously announced on April 3, 2007, the company's former President, John D. Briner, resigned. Since that time, the company has been attempting to obtain from Mr. Briner records and information sufficient to determine the disposition of, and an accounting for, funds raised from investors. The company has sent two demand letters to Mr. Briner but has been unsuccessful in obtaining the information from him. Therefore, the company does not have sufficient information currently in its possession to accurately account for investments in the company or for transactions from January 2006 through April 2007.

The company has filed a complaint with the British Columbia Law Society, the regulatory body in British Columbia responsible for attorney conduct, in an attempt to compel Mr. Briner to release the requested information. The outcome of this complaint has not yet been determined by the Law Society. The company has also made a report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission regarding these matters.

Due to the incomplete information in its possession, the company is not in a position to respond to inquiries or to provide further information at this time.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, July 9, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Global Developments Inc. (Pink Sheets:GDVM) has become another victim of an unauthorized campaign of unsolicited electronic mail (spam).

On July 5, 2007, the British Columbia Securities Commission (the "BCSC") issued a Cease Trading order ("Order") under the British Columbia Securities Act until the end of July 10, 2007. The order was issued because staff of the BCSC became aware of unsolicited electronic mail (spam) which appeared to promote the securities of the Company. Prior to the issuance of the Order, the Company had no knowledge of any such spam and any such spam was not authorized or approved by the Company.

The Company is cooperating with the BCSC in their attempts to determine the origin of the spam.
