...small business issuers such as CMKX.

From Regulation SB:

(1) Definition of small business issuer. A small business issuer is defined as a company that meets all of the following criteria:

(i) has revenues of less than $25,000,000;
(ii) is a U.S. or Canadian issuer;

(iii) is not an investment company; and

(iv) if a majority owned subsidiary, the parent corporation is also a small business issuer.

Provided however, that an entity is not a small business issuer if it has a public float (the aggregate market value of the issuer's outstanding securities held by non-affiliates) of $25,000,000 or more.

25,000,000 dollars divided by .0002 = 125,000,000,000

Public Float is less than 125,000,000,000

Well although I agree again with George here in this posting I also have to ask that when assumptions are made on CMKX when are they are normally right/wrong,..

That being said I'll wait to hear it in a PR.

This could mean that CMKX shares are all in UC and Family name also,.. could mean alot of things,..

Better to not let this thought get out of control for now,.. look at what happened when we assumed wording on other PRs,..

Nothing against George,.. I respect him as a poster and a great contribution to the CMKX investor family however lets check a batting average of the CMKX investor vs the Company,.. lol

Yeah someone pointed that out to him on h is site I guess,.. to which he did re do it but then averaged at 0.00015 because we all feel that the 0.0002-0.0001 is not right either
