INCENTIVE OPTIONS
The Company announces that it has granted incentive options to Mr. Bill Murphy of Dallas, Texas for the purchase of a total 125,000 common shares for a period of two years at a price of $0.50 per share. Mr. Murphy has been retained by the Company to provide services as an Industry Consultant.
The grant of the stock options is subject to regulatory approval.
