Many have asked my take on where we are and where I think the company will be going in the short term (next 2-3 months). I know Dave is waiting for some kind of a post from me so here it goes. This is JMHO so please be nice. Or not.
1. I believe the company will file another 8k sometime this week and the commission's hearing will go ahead as scheduled
2. I think that the SEC query will be answered by CMKM Diamonds within the 20 day deadline
3. I believe the open hearing will convene and there will be open discussion from the SEC and CMKM Diamonds on each and every response to the specific challenges made by the SEC.
4. I believe when both sides have presented their case the judge will make a ruling one way or the other. Which way? No one knows. I believe if SEC gets there way then CMKM Diamonds will have their Registration suspended for up to 12 months instead of a revocation. I believe if CMKM Diamonds gets their way they will have a designated time frame by which to provide the necessary filings and reports to bring the company, shareholders and the commission up to speed.
5. If the SEC suspends or revokes our registration, I believe we still return to the pinks and resume trading until the resolution of the filings and reports are complete and CMKM Diamonds is compliant.
6. I also believe that during that period of time the company will continue to:
A. Work to implement the Internal restructuring of CMKM Diamonds management team and operational effectiveness
B. Establish a solid and clear protocol for continued compliance to the regulating bodies of each agency and country respectively
C. To retrieve and review all necessary reports, receipts, etc... along with all available company documents to fill the "void" left by past professional guidance and to bring our past filing backlog into a current state of compliance once and for all
D. Develop shareholder value by exploring the current Canadian and Ecuadorian assets CMKX possesses and will explore all potential and practical utilizations of those assets aong with the implementation of a structured and well equipped drilling program
