crisl, your last sentence is vastly correct and I commend you for realizing your abilities. Be assured that I am fully committed to our company and am sure you will see the light very soon, probably by the end of this week. Be not scared of the truth, crisl, and know that even you deserve the wealth that is soon to be bestowed upon you. Probably best for you to mosey back to your Paltalk Sterling room and leave these shareholders to their healthy conversations. Try to believe a little more in the company and where we are heading. You'll know soon enough. Try to be patient. And maybe even try kindness to your fellow man while posting your poison.
But the last sentence in this post of yours I am responding to is very correct.

crisl, My decision to begin posting information to this group occurred after a couple events leading us to where we are today. First, the existence of two new stickers on our race car prompted me to realize the financial institutions and forces involved were about to begin operating with a fury (one of which is citi, which has already been discussed; but the other new sticker at the last race has not been brought out for discussion yet); and secondly, when we opened on the gray sheets and the under-the-table activities were occurring while the NSS was being legitimized, I realized that you guys needed to research VWAP and NSS legitimization. I've said enough for today. I'm monitoring. IMO.

CMKX,
Well,as with all issues that are caught in sort of a limbo..Weak-knees are showing up from what would otherwise present itself as folks being longs..
These folks are now questioning and actually mimicking the delusional sentiment from bashers and amateurs alike.
There has been much talk about the April 25th hearings and although, that date isn't at all certain, but yes, hearings are always given, but I doubt one will be actually heard with respect to CMKX..
We all know that CMKX has been NSS to the highest degree not seen in the markets, ever!!The SEC in my opinion would probably not want such a hearing and expose such blatant corruption that has been fleecing shareholders from entities like the DTC for years..This outfit is so corrupt and is in the forefront of this whole mess and not unnoticed by the SEC as well and others.
You have to ask yourself how can a stock trade billions upon billions of shares daily and continue to trade..They (SEC)was well aware of this going back to last year and still ignored the problem..This hearing will only expose the incompetence of this agency and others and I'm sure they would not want this out.
Keep an eye on Citigroup..They own a part of Knight Securities and this outfit has been the largest abuser of NSS and why Ameritrade can no longer allow buys on CMKX and only sells..Ameritrade has routed most of the buys and sells towards NITE..
Now with the Citigroup logo on the race car..
Don't believe for a second that a large financial concern or any company would attach their corporate logo to anything that would deem questionable or be part of anything that would perceived as a stock swindle..Geez,I can't believe anybody would think otherwise..
I have stated that after the halt and still my opinion that there is a concerted effort to assist the MMS to allow themselves an out..I still believe this to be the case and the huge volume that is showing up on a daily basis denotes this...
The bashers have been coming in droves and many of these are professionals that have been sent out by their MMs and have taken out all the stops to have you sell. This is a very positive indicator..
I also believe that there is something in the works and it does involve Citigroup..JMO
I am now in the thought that there may be a buyout..I also feel this could come before the arbitrary date of the "So called hearings"..
I am still very optimistic that we as shareholders will be very well rewarded..
Of course this is just my opinion as well as all that dribble we have been reading from others..It is all very interesting reading I must say..
Just be thankful that you are in the "Biggest penny play of all times"..Yes, I still believe this to be the case..
Have a good day..
Varok

crisl, i'm afraid you are starting to believe your own ramblings and misinformation. My intentions are sincere and definitely not consumed in your world of negativity and bashing. I am firmly committed to my beliefs and knowledge of this company and where we are heading. Try to be less negative.

crisl, you might consider seeing a doctor for those insecurities. CMKX will do well for us very soon. Too bad you don't see it that way. Try to have some patience, and calm down. We are moving in the right direction as quickly as possible given the amount of shares necessary to legitimize. Your doc could give you some medication for some of these rantings. I am not a basher and actually despise negative people like you, which is why I don't hang around with negative people. Think what you wish, but we will do very well with this company. Too bad you are so negative. My last post to your rantings.

I think pulling certs is not necessary because every share you own is a legitimate share between you and your broker. To your broker, naked shorts don't exist. To you, naked shorts are illegal and you would never buy an illegal share, so your shares are legitimate. A cert may be timely to liquidate during any upcoming transaction. Of course this is IMO.
