Fellow CMKX Shareholders,
This is the first mailing to all the people that signed up for the CMKX Shareholders Association. The email addresses of everyone that joined have been inserted into a private mailing list. The email address list itself it not available to anyone. However any member of the association may send an email to ccmkxshareholders@listserv.capital-master.com and it will be automatically distributed to all the members. The email must come from a valid subscription address or it will be rejected by the list server.
Persons that have not signed up with the association will not be able to send mail to this shareholders group.
Please read the page at cmkxshareholders.com/principles.asp for the purpose and principles of the Shareholders Association.
As most of you know there is an administrative hearing scheduled for CMKX on Monday April 25th in Washington DC.
The GreenBarron brought this to our attention earlier this week on the message boards and with a page on their web site at:
www.thegreenbaron.com/CMKX%20Info%20Center.htm. Included on that web site is an interview conducted with Bill Frizzell.
John Martin has hired Bill Frizzell to represent him and other CMKX shareholders at the administrative hearing. There is a web site that has been set up for shareholders that want to join with their effort to represent shareholders at the hearing. Bill Frizzell is hiring an SEC Attorney to represent Mr. Martin and other shareholders that decide to join in support of their efforts. The process for those wanting to join in this effort is to sign up from a web page posted at:
www.cmkxownersgroup.com/agreement.php.
The agreement specifies that it is limited to the administrative hearing only. However there is some
disagreement in opinions if that agreement actually limits the representation to the administrative hearing.
Mr. Martin has posted a statement about his decision to initiate this process on proboards at:
cmkxdiamond.proboards32.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1112362013.
This has become a very controversial subject with opinions abounding on both sides of the fence. Sterling has posted his opinion on this at:
ragingbull.lycos.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=CLB01219&read=187253.
In an effort to give us the best possible information prior to making our individual decisions about this, Mr Frizzell has accepted my invitation to come into Sterling's Classroom in PalTalk on Sunday April 3rd at 8 pm CST to answer questions and explain his intentions.
The database of the CMKX Shareholders Association is and will remain confidential. It has been and will remain confidential. A number of people have come to me voicing their concern that the information from this Shareholders Association data base might be released to Mr. Martin and/or Mr. Frizzell. I can assure you that will not happen. Please visit cmkxshareholders.com/privacy.asp for details about the privacy rules we follow.
