Some Important Tender Offer thoughts...
Make sure you all understand this below with the SEC regarding any Tender Offers. Also, make sure you all pay attention to the BOTTOM LINE!!!
These rules require bidders to:
** Disclose important information about themselves;
** Disclose the terms of the offer;
** File their offering documents with the SEC; and
** Provide the target company and any competing bidders with information about the tender offer.
BOTTOM LINE: This might be a secret to some, but not to others. PERIOD. The SEC has to approve the filings of any Tender Offer before it takes place. The SEC will not approve any Tender Offer on any stock that its securities have been suspended or revoked. Well, I guess this would mean that the Market Makers (MMs) will not have to worry about covering any huge naked short position either.
Hmmmmm. This is one time I won't post the SEC links or phone numbers because I think it's necessary for all to do their own DD on this piece. Especially those who are disappointed in me and believes that I am an idiot.
