Hello,
I felt the need to yet again write a post about how I feel now,.. I have gotten more PM’s asking for my opinion and as always it is much easier and less time consuming to write in one big post what I feel then write it several times to different people.
I think that we all are in need of info and clarification however like Andy said to me the other day we are not going to get it until the company is ready to reveal it’s hand. And to be quite honest I do agree that showing before the hearing may not be the best move,…<br>
As most of you know I am not exactly the most seasoned investor out of the CMKX family and I am sure there are a lot like me in the sense that maybe we have not dealt with a lot of these pink sheet stocks before,.. Or even a lot of stocks in general,.. I started investing with very basic GIC’s and mutual funds as they were chosen for me by a planner I deal with at the bank. Seeing my age and the amount I had to invest at the time it seemed like the logical long term investment to make,..
After time GIC’s and Mutual funds became too little excitement for me,.. I wanted to learn and wanted to take risks,.. Figuring that I might as well take them now versus 25 years down the road and loose it all before I can make it back.. I played with a lot of stocks over a four- five year time frame and learned that even stocks can be boring,.. Here enters the pink world,.. lol
SO I got CMKX on a tip back in Jan 04 and due to the limited knowledge I had in the pink world I figured it could be a great learning experience. After learning the company had made so many great moves and sounded so good I invested a few thousand and said we’ll see.
Since that time we have been through great ups and downs and I have learned maybe more then I cared to learn,.. With CMKX and other pinks it seems as though there is an unfair advantage to the big boys,.. ie the DTC,.. After reading the PR by eagletech yesterday I realized that even the DTC can ignore a court order,.. LOL,.. This just blows my mind. The investment world can turn a blind eye to just about anything.
No company is perfect,.. CMKX included there were mistakes made,.. Most of us knew that well before the SEC got involved in us,.. Hence the issues we all felt would come in the future,.. And we all knew the road would get very bumpy before it got paved in gold. (sorry couldn’t resist using the line,.. lol)
I could post the many facts we do have that supports CMKX and it being a stock play of a lifetime but that has already been done,.. I could post about the negatives in the stock,.. But again been covered,..
I could post on Frizzel,.. but to be honest I am frizzeled out,.. So what is left you ask?
Well lets discuss something other then these things,.. Lets put our heads together and try to figure out maybe why that CMKX is having so many issues and why CMKX is so closed lipped about everything. We know for the most part they have to have the goods,.. Anyone who has saw the map and does some geological trending will soon come to the realization that Urban is extremely smart in how he plotted his claims.
Now one thing that Andy had said to me was that a company doesn’t yell motherloade until they have the goods in hand,.. He said that this is a cut throat business and companies would be all over it and try to take it before anyone could do anything to stop it. During the conversation I laughed and mentioned Debeers to which he laughed and said not to worry about them. My question is if we are not to worry about Debeers who should we be worried about?
Well late last night at work here me and Mr DD and Atomo had a conversation about something,.. Actually numerous things,.. Mostly frizzle and the DTC with Eagletech. But Atomo told me something that perked my interest, he said that nuclear powerplants in the states are going to start up soon,.. and have additions elsewhere in the world,.. could pressure be coming on CMKX from Cameco? Increased demand for Uranium in a area that yields the highest uranium finds,.. Well almost highest,.. Supplies something like 42 % of the worlds Uranium… to me maybe they are the ones,.. But for that matter it could be Shore,.. it could be anyone,.. It was an idea we played with last night.
I have to be honest in saying that I am not happy that we are where we are right now,… sitting waiting yet again for a tidbit of information to dissect until the next tidbit is revealed but at the same time I would not ever considering leaving CMKX. It is to me and always will the stock play of a lifetime,.. Regardless of the outcome.
CMKX will go to the hearing,.. and to be honest this hearing may only last two minutes (another reason I don’t like the Frizzel thing,.. lol) But whatever happens happens and I for one am sure we will see the company adapt to the change and move forward in the end,.. Urbans dreams are not going to end this way,.. That I can promise you,.. With IBM and lawyers at his side I smell success for us in the end.
I would like to close this post by saying something about just this,.. The postings in general we all read everyday,.. We have many people who are considered people that the investors listen to,.. Dr D, George b, Willy (none of us,.. but some do) Sterling and countless others who input countless hours of DD and opinions (including myself I guess) but what we as shareholders need to realize is that for every share holder there are just as many opinions,.. Each person has their own ideas and plans staked in the heads where this company is going and how they will get there. Because Each of us have our own opinions it is even more important to understand that we are all in this together,.. so if you see something in someone’s post you don’t agree with it is ok to comment regardless of who that person is.
Last night on 32 it seemed almost like poor JJ was getting hit hard against just because he didn’t agree with GB,.. And although I didn’t agree with GB I also didn’t totally agree with JJ,..
Don’t be scared to post your opinions and thoughts about that stock,.. Because without them we may miss an important piece of the puzzle… but please remember to do it in a tactful way not to offend the original poster,.. I find myself bad at this as well,.. Sometimes I post too quickly and the context of my response is then warped from its original intent.
Okay,.. So I guess to recap without going over all the facts like I said before it has been done before,.. I am still extremely confident in CMKX itself.
