Looks like Urban Casavant and Four Vegas Properties, LLC is going to take the gloves off. On 4-7-05 16:49:46 through Martin Mccrea et al and the law office of BattleBorn Law (3191 E. Warm Springs Rd. Las Vegas, NV. 89120) filed a "Lis Pendens" against the owners of 5375, 4665 and 4645 Procyon St., as well as 5380 S. Valley View Bl. Las Vegas, NV. The owners of said parcels are listed in the following pages. Seems like we have our basic dispute here. I assume it deals with 5375 Procyon and our so called inability to occupy said property. These documents are available on the Clark County website. Not sure what is going to happen next but it does explain why CMKX is not occupying 5375 Procyon. Hopefully the two sides can work this out and we can move on.
