TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 19, 1997-- Morgain Minerals Inc(VSE MGM. ) The Company is pleased to announce that an agreement in principle with Phelps Dodge, Mexico, a wholly owned subsidiary of Phelps Dodge Mining Company of Tueson, Arizona has been reached on the CUATRO HERMANOS COPPER-MOLYBDENUM property located in Sonora, Mexico.
Based on previous understanding of the terms agreed upon we will be consummating a contract in the near future.
