Program
The following is an update on the bulk sampling program on the Chicoria Creek Area of Property 213, Juina Diamond Province, Mato Grosso State Brazil.
Initial sampling of the gravels on top of the Accori 2 kimberlite pipe has been completed and testing of the downstream gravels is currently underway. Good early results from the downstream gravels have yielded encouraging grades, as high as 0.53 carats per cubic metre. Additionally, a 7 carat diamond has been recovered from the initial bulk sampling of the gravels on top of the Accori 2 kimberlite pipe. This suggests that the kimberlite pipes on the Diagem property carry commercial sized diamonds, although in the case of the Accori 2 the grade appears to be low. It is therefore likely that the major source of the significant diamond content in the downstream gravel deposits is derived from one or more of the other three diamondiferous pipes in the Accori cluster, located on the adjoining property 214, or other pipes as yet undetected.
Lower Chicoria Creek - Upper Sorrisso Rover (Terraces, buried channels and flats).
The first results, from a nine bulk sample program, testing the down stream gravels, covering the Chicoria Creek and Sorrisso banks and slopes, are very encouraging, reporting grades significantly higher than those witnessed at the Dona Maria area. Furthermore, the average stone size of the diamonds recovered is a respectable 0.38 carats and in one sample, the ABT 19, the average size was almost 1.00 carat. The program covers an initial area of 320,000 sq.m. The purpose is to evaluate the diamond content, grade and quality of the terraces, buried channels and flats within one standard resource block: roughly 800X400 metres.

Upper Chicoria Creek (other diamondiferous kimberlite pipes in the Accori cluster).
The other three kimberlite pipes in the Accori cluster are located in the Upper Chicoria Creek area where the creek crosses onto Property 214. A licensing application has been submitted to the requisite governmental agencies in order to complete the testing of these kimberlite pipes. In addition, Property 214 also contains the pipe 6 (previously known as Collier 4), the largest known pipe within the Diagem holdings which presents as yet unconfirmed economic potential.
