If the float numbers are all as bad as many are predicting, then I ask the following:
~Why would Roger Glenn (partner in a 300-man NY law firm) get involved and take on CMKM as a company only to end up being embarrassed?
~Why, after the results of the TDEM aerial survey identifying “hundreds of magnetic anomalies”, i.e. potential drilling targets, did US Canadian Minerals purchase a $15,000,000 interest and St. George Minerals purchase a $10,000,000 interest in CMKM if the stock is so diluted and there is little to no value in CMKM’s claims?
~Why would Mr. Robert Maheu become a BOD member and Co-Chairman then to have a "non-viable" company on his hands?
~Why would Mr. Robert Maheu bring on his favorite law firm that he has had an excellent active relationship with for over ten years without believing there will be a positive outcome to the CMKM venture?
~Why has Mr. Michael Williams agree to be on the BOD in CMKM if it has little positive going for it?
~Why did CMKM and Nevada Minerals hold a Shareholder Appreciation Party in Las Vegas last October (at a reported cost of $200,000) if there was not good new?
~Why has Mr. Urban Casavant continued to expose himself and promote CMKM stock if the stock has no short-term future?
So I ask, it is possible that Roger Glenn (past SEC investigator and partner in a 300-man New York Law Firm), Robert Maheu (the right-hand man for Howard Hughes for 20+ years and ex-FBI agent + “living historical icon”), Rendell Williams (CEO of US Canadian Minerals and obligated to the shareholders of such), Ed Dhonau (CEO of Nevada Minerals and close friend to Mr. Casavant, and obligated to the shareholders of NM), St. George Minerals and Stoecklein Law Group have done NO Due Diligence before signing on and lending names to the cause of UC and CMKX, and, in the case of CMKM’s JV partners, paid hard-cold-cash and committed to millions of dollars of payments to CMKM if the future DID NOT LOOK BRIGHT?
My answer to the above questions is if the heretofore-mentioned individuals KNOW what is going on and it is not doom and gloom. Something is up, as to what that is, I am not sure, however, I am in the game for the the long run and the victory, however small or grand that may be.
