INITIAL CANDLE LAKE DIAMOND RESULTS “BEST YET”<br>
Neil Yingling, President, is pleased to announce that partial and only initial results from processing of kimberlite recently drilled at the Candle Lake project site have been received from the Saskatchewan Research Center (SRC) in Saskatoon.
Results of the first 25 samples reported by the SRC from 170 kg of material were reported as being 126 diamonds including 5 macro diamonds (one dimension greater than 0.5mm). The Company has determined that level of sample testing to date is sufficient and will delay further processing until such time as funds are raised under a separate initial public offering for its subsidiary Great Western Diamonds Corp to complete the processing. At that time the Candle Lake properties will transfer into the new public subsidiary.” Gary Billingsley, Vice President, Director, COO and Chief Geologist stated, “all things considered, the last drill test by Kennecott Exploration Company on this property several years ago resulted in 413 diamonds from over 3 tonnes of sample. These results are definitely the best yet in terms of diamond count per Kg of sample.”<br>
The company wishes to report this initial test information as received, and will issue a more definitive report on these initial results next week, after management concludes a series of unrelated business meetings being held in Nevada, California and Colorado on other company projects over the next several days.
The Candle Lake project is a joint venture. Partners is the joint venture are Great Western Minerals Group Ltd. owning 80%, and War Eagle Mining Company (WEM) holding 20% interest.
