N E W S R E L E A S E
November 10, 2004 – United Carina Resources Corp. (UCA – TSX Venture) is pleased to announce
the closing of its private placement totalling $500,000. These funds were raised by the Company issuing
2,500,000 units at a price of $0.20 per unit, each unit consisting of one common share and one share
purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $0.25 until
November 3, 2005. Of the 2,500,000 units issued, 1,250,000 are flow-through units.
The shares, and any shares to be issued upon the exercise of the warrants, are subject to a hold period
expiring March 4, 2005.
