I didn't say anything about Dr. Diamond as a person. I don't know him.
I have asked him on two occasions in Paltalk why he refuses to use the MARKET valuations of other mining companies in comparison to CMKX, and he won't answer the questions.
FACT- the market values mining companies. If Dr. Diamond refuses to acknowledge the market when extrapolation a PPS for CMKX, then he is not being factual.
Whether he is being disingenuous or just doesn't know how to value mining companies, I don't know. That is not up to me to decide. All I know is that the MARKET says Dr. Diamond is WAY off base.

Hi Treyb,
I believe your account of communications with me are inaccurate. If you had spoken to me in PalTalk and had asked that question I would have answered. I don't know why you would think I wouldn't.
You stated:
I have asked him on two occasions in Paltalk why he refuses to use the MARKET valuations of other mining companies in comparison to CMKX, and he won't answer the questions.
This is inaccurate as I have not been asked that question by you a single time, unless you typed it in while other questions were flying by and it went unnoticed. Check the MP3's and you won't find that question being asked. If you are trying to promote your agenda try it differently please. Why would I "refuse"to use market data? I have said in most of my valuation posts, that I can recollect, that this is not how you normally would value a mining company or something of that nature. Nothing that could or should be interpreted as being disingenuous.
Market valuations of other mining companies have been mentioned at times, but where is the one relatively close to CMKM Diamonds? Shore Gold has 30,000 acres and Kensington at 58,000 acres and both of these in FALC kimberlites. These would account for around 1/50th or 1/30th of one mineral of CMKX's potential. The market appreciation of a company usually trades at near 3 times it's accounted valuation:
Meaning if Treyb's company was valued at $100 and he had 100 shares O/S it would more than likely trade around $3 per share. This is what the market usually appreciates a company's mineable assets and trades accordingly.
I have not searched out specific market data on individual companies as other posters have done that at various times and I simply don't have time to bring specifics out from other companies that relate to CMKX's position, stature, and kind. It is all a ball park figure at the very best anyway.
Shore Gold's PPS has increased dramatically and will continue to do so until they are probably taken over. Kensington is in danger with DeBeers on a takeover and DeBeers is private. Right now the "market valuation" for CMKX is approx 80 million dollars. Does that make the market correct? No! Why? Because the market doesn't know the potential of the company or its assets plus it is quite evident that the "market valuation" of CMKX and a thousand other companies are manipulated by the "market makers". Until 150 years ago 90% of the known world thought the earth was flat, the center of the universe, and that the universe revolved around it.
Since market valuation is so genuine why is a stock undervalued or overvalued? How can you determine if the market is correct or not? You look at the company, its assets, financials, share structure, and marketable product. From these you gauge the market valuation, IMHO. Unless you want to blindly accept the markets valuation of every stock like some propose to do.
quote: "FACT- the market values mining companies. If Dr. Diamond refuses to acknowledge the market when extrapolation a PPS for CMKX, then he is not being factual."
If you accept the "market" value of a stock (mining or otherwise) as being its true value then you have erred IMHO. Microsoft sold in 1986 for .08 cents per share. That is what the market valued it at. Was the market correct? Look at the successful companies that have transformed their industry and tell me if the market was accurate in its assessment of that company? Hopefully you will know the answer to that.
Maybe I see CMKM Diamonds in a different light than others and possibly you think the market is correct that CMKX is worth .0001 per share as the market has said? Maybe the market has misvalued CMKX by ten times and you believe CMKX is worth .001 or 100 times off and you see CMKX valued at .01. Whatever the case, the market is currently wrong about CMKX IMHO and will continue to be wrong as it has been with other companies of CMKX's potential. So why use market valuation when it cannot comprehend the potential and refuses to acknowledge that same potential of a company like Microsoft, Pepsi, PrePaid Legal, etc... that history proves were phenomenally undervalued up to thousands of times. I will briefly mention the incredible farse of a market valuation placed on the "Internet Companies" by the market that cost investors trillions when reality set in and the market had to adjust after years of gross overvaluation.
I don't trust the market makers/manipulators although you may according to your statement. If "market values the company" as you stated, one must remember that the MM's make the market that supposedly sets the values for the companies. The problem with that is that they (the MM's) don't even know and definitely are not concerned about these companies they "value", but are mainly concerned with their own bottom line. So we agree to disagree. That is okay with me.
I'm sure I did a poor job of wading in on this thread, so please excuse me. It was not my intent to be disrespectful in any way, but to only point out a few facts!
1. I have not refused to answer your question or anyone elses that I can think of. If I didn't know I would simply say I don't know!
2. I have nothing to gain by misleading you or anyone else and have never in any way attempted to be insincere with investors. If I have offended you, I apologize, it was not my intent.
3. I recognize you made an attempt at trying not to make it sound like an attack on my charater, but I believe you failed. JMHO
4. "Market Value" can be and is often very insincere in its assessments and cannot be trusted due to the very nature of its controllers. (MM's, SEC, Brokers, Exchanges, SRO's, etc...) JMHO
5. CMKX is an industry changer IMHO and cannot be valuated by looking at like industry participants because there are not any that I can find. Diamet would have been close, and we all know that story.
I have spent way too much time on this already and still have no clue why I have had too. If you desire to ask me a question I would appreciate it if you would ask me the question and insure that you have my attention when you ask it. I simply feel your statements are other than honorable.
These are all my opinions and I ask that you treat them as such.
