Star Uranium Corp. and United Uranium Corp.-Saskatchewan Court of Appeal Reserves Judgment in the Shore Gold Inc. Appeal (ccnm)
SASKATOON, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwire - Feb. 12, 2008) - Star Uranium Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SUV) and United Uranium Corp. (TSX VENTURE:UUC). The Saskatchewan Court of Appeal yesterday reserved judgment in the appeal taken by Shore Gold Inc. from the decision of the Saskatchewan Court of Queen's Bench granting the Company and United Uranium Corp. the right to record Mineral Dispositions in the Fort a la Corne area, as referenced in the Company's press release dated January 4, 2008. A further news release will be made once the company receives the decision of the Court of Appeal.
These claims are owned 50/50 by the Company and United Uranium Corp.
