October 23, 2000- Vancouver, BC. The Company is pleased to announce that it is currently evaluating an oil and natural gas prospect in Jack County, Texas. The Moore prospect is located in the heart of the Fort Worth Basin, a proven prolific gas producing area, and has multiple zones potential. The participation agreement would be between the Company and The Cumming Company, the proposed operator. The Company currently has interest ranging from 3.6 to 11.6% in productive wells in Texas, operated by the Cumming Company.
