Oretech Inc. (OTCBB: TVYG) today announced the company's new senior team members that will manage Oretech's future.
Stephen D. Cummins (44) - Chairman/CEO
For 14 years held senior management positions with Fortune 500 corporations including Lear Siegler, vice president of business development, Autoglass Division; AFG Industries, senior vice president operations & business development, Autoglass Division; PGSI, executive vice president, U.S. Expansion Operations. Founded Phoenix Group Holdings in 1991 and sold this golf course management, real estate and development corporation in 1995. Founded SDC & Associates, a privately held business finance and consulting organization. From 1996 through 2000 assisted 37 small businesses in turnaround, equity and debt financing, served as an officer and director of CRT Holdings Inc. in Columbus, Ga., 1997-2000 and founded PTI Ventures, LLC with Stephen Shehane in 2001. Resigned presidency of PTI Ventures, LLC to assume the chairman/president/CEO roles for the purpose of restructuring Tantivy Group Inc. in April 2003.
Fran Hargarten (47) - President
Between 1975 and 1998, Hargarten held various supervisory and management positions within the plastics industry. Functional responsibilities included the areas of manufacturing support and planning, quality control, and sales/customer service. In 1989, he assumed a position as vice president and regional manager of a plastics manufacturer in San Francisco. In 1994, he became a corporate vice president of the same company, located in Columbus, Ga., and retained this position until 1998.
Hargarten is a former member of the Society of Plastic Engineers (SPE), Western Flexible Packaging Assoc. (WFPA), National Flexible Packaging Assoc. (NFPA), Assoc. of Industrial Metallizers, Coaters, and Laminators (AIMCAL), the American Production and Inventory Control Society (AIPICS), and the American Society for Quality Control (ASQC).
Hargarten graduated from Columbus State University with a B.S. in business administration (minor in accounting) in 1982. In 1987, he received an Executive M.B.A. from Georgia State University with an emphasis in general management.
Jay W. Hobson (53) - Vice President, Finance
Hobson graduated in 1972 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. degree in economics and received his M.B.A. degree in finance from Wake Forest University in 1975. After spending two years at Hanes Knitwear, he joined AFLAC in 1977 as the acquisition and planning manager. During his 20 years with AFLAC, he held the positions of vice president, financial planning and vice president, cash management. Since leaving AFLAC, he has spent two years working with Columbus Regional Health Care and most recently has been managing his own real estate investment business in Columbus, Ga.
Tom Blythe (56) - Vice President Manufacturing & Engineering
Blythe brings over 30 years of foundry and smelting industry, management, sales, and technology experience to Oretech. He is experienced in a broad range of industries including foundry and metal working, start-up experience in operations, strategic development, financial planning, organizational development, materials handling, performance management, marketing, sales, quality control, product development, engineering and operations in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Blythe holds a B.A. in management from Youngstown State University and an A.D. in engineering timestudy, methods & procedures. He is a lifetime member of the American Foundrymens Society, a senior member of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, a member of the American Cast Metals Association and Steel Founders Association.
Robert Garcia (54) - Vice President Acquisitions & Technical Development
Garcia has been a developer, owner and operator of numerous mines and mining companies in the United States, a precious metal refinery based in Beatty, Nev., specializing in concentrate extraction and Aurie Metallurgical Resources, a Nevada corporation involved in consulting for the mining and precious metal industries on a global basis. In addition, Garcia worked with St. Joe American, one of the world's largest gold mining corporations, a subsidiary of Fluor Corp. He was instrumental in the successful development of 8 million tons of St. Joe's Bullfrog, Montgomery-Shoshone gold mine as documented in a January 1989 article in the California Mining Journal & Brochure.

Kiggins has been a successful practicing anesthesiologist in Columbus, Ga. since 1989, served as president of Anesthesia Associates of Columbus, Ga., and is the former chairman of the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper Organization and former director of the Anesthesia Department, St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, Ga. Kiggins brings a diverse business, scientific and environmental background to Oretech.

A graduate of Princeton University with an MBA from Harvard Business School, Snyder brings over 30 years of successful business experience to Oretech. He began his career as budget officer for MACV-SOG in Saigon from 1969 to 1970. He continued his career as a senior financial analyst with Baxter International before moving in 1974 to Georgia, where he acquired and managed a multi-unit retain business until 1988. From 1988 until the present, Snyder has offered consulting services to the healthcare industry, served as a member of the faculty of the University of Georgia, specialized in securing seed capital for early stage, developmental companies and corporations. As a direct result of his efforts on behalf of these entities, $56,000,000 was raised for growth and operating capital.
